- Information about courses, fees, schedules, and curriculum on the Site is indicative and may change without notice.
Fees and Payments
- All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in writing by the Academy.
- The Academy reserves the right to revise fees at any time.
Course Conduct
- Students are expected to attend sessions as per the schedule and follow the Academy’s code of conduct.
- Equipment, studio facilities, and intellectual property used during training remain the property of the Academy or the respective rights holders.
- Content created during live projects may be used by the Academy for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos, and course materials, is the property of Procolor Film Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
Use of Meta Platforms
When you interact with us through Facebook or Instagram, you also agree to the Terms of Service of those platforms. We are not responsible for the conduct of Meta Platforms or any third-party content displayed there.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any Course. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant Course.
